As leader of the FERRO team, Peter is committed to bringing together the industry’s top talent and directing them towards efficient and effective completion of our clients’ projects. A recognized speaker, and industry champion, Pete speaks frequently on how businesses can minimize their risk by protecting their most valuable assets.

Before founding FERRO Canada, Peter founded Imagenius, another PROFIT 100 company, and has held executive project management positions with Gryphon Building Solutions Inc., Specified Construction Management Inc. and GPM Property Management.

Pete sits on the Board of EACO and the Toronto Construction Association’s Environmental Committee and acts as an environmental advisor for many of FERRO’s clients.

Justin is particularly adept at marrying old-school work ethic with the best new practices of environmental contracting. The result for our client is the precise direction necessary for project completion within all constraints of time and budget up to or exceeding all existing standards. Justin's project history demonstrates his training and specialization with Asbestos Abatement and Mold Remediation, as well as his particular ability to adapt and learn in Emergency Response situations like the notorious Sunrise Propane Blast site.

A member of the Consulting Engineers of Ontario, the Canadian Brownfield Network, and the Association of municipalities of Ontario, Ron Potter brings a unique skills set to the FERRO Canada team.  His business acumen, combined with his experience in demolition, abatement and environmental remediation, make him a tremendous asset to clients looking to re-purpose or re-build properties.
