A recognized speaker, and industry champion, Pete speaks frequently on how businesses can minimize their risk by protecting their most valuable assets.

Before founding FERRO Canada, Peter founded Imagenius, another PROFIT 100 company, and has held executive project management positions with Gryphon Building Solutions Inc., Specified Construction Management Inc. and GPM Property Management.

Pete sits on the Board of EACO and the Toronto Construction Association’s Environmental Committee and acts as an environmental advisor for many of FERRO’s clients.

Justin is particularly adept at marrying old-school work ethic with the best new practices of environmental contracting. The result for our client is the precise direction necessary for project completion within all constraints of time and budget up to or exceeding all existing standards. Justin’s project history demonstrates his training and specialization with Asbestos Abatement and Mold Remediation, as well as his particular ability to adapt and learn in Emergency Response situations like the notorious Sunrise Propane Blast site.

Aaron Harris

Project Manager, Soils & Groundwater Division

Aaron Harris possesses 11 years of experience in soils and groundwater remediation, utilizing extensive logistics and supervision abilities to implement numerous remediation projects involving the treatment of both organic and inorganic contamination, installation and operation of pump and treat systems, soil vapour extraction systems, in-situ bioremediation and chemical oxidation processes, as well as soil excavation works. Aaron also serves as a Health and Safety Officer, establishing FERRO safety policies and ensuring safe work practices are constantly exercised.


Courtney Ingram

Project Coordinator

Courtney brings her expertise in mold remediation and asbestos abatement to FERRO Canada. Her extensive experience in estimating, removal and field supervision make her a specialist in the environmental abatement industry. Courtney’s past projects include municipalities and school boards, where her in-depth knowledge played an integral role in identifying the job scope, making recommendations and contributing to the successful completion of each project. Courtney will continue providing her remediation and abatement expertise to efficiently and effectively satisfy FERRO’s clients.

Christina, Quinn, M.Sc., B.Sc.

Project Coordinator, Soils & Groundwater Division

Christina Quinn is a graduate of Trent University with a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science and possesses over 6 years of experience in environmental field activities, project coordination and project management in soil, lake and groundwater. Christina draws upon her expertise and experience to successfully coordinate site preparation, monitor and maintain in-situ and ex-situ treatment for soil and groundwater remediation.
