ABOUT US
FCI was originally founded to service the needs of property
and facility managers in the Greater Toronto Area, as our
operations grew so did our area of service; FCI now services
clients all across Ontario and is in the process of expanding
operations in both Western and Eastern Canada.
As the intricacies of operating a property in this new
age increase so do the demands on a manager's time. FERRO
was introduced as an environmental and general contracting
firm that delivers customer service first.
Founded by Peter Ferrante, a former property then project
manager, FCI has gained key insights into what is expected
of contracting firms operating in this new age. As contracting
professionals we see the necessity of providing more personalized
service, emphasizing each client's business requirements
and also accommodating their financial resources.
All of our construction managers have experience in both
the commercial contracting and project management fields.
All managers and sub-contractors from each division receive
an intensive safety training program targeting professional
and safe workmanship, site safety as well as technical support
and crisis control.
As a properly "HAZMAT" insured, WSIB current
